Procedure
Visa for umra is applied through Ministry of Hajj in Saudi Arabia, Details
are put in the system together for all, starting with Mehram and followed by
dependants. All visaa have to be applied together.
You need to apply for visa at east 3 weeks before departure (this give
plenty of time for any delays). Less time is possible but we cannot
guarantee promptness of the visa approvals.

*Passport valid for beyond 6 months.
*Each person should have individual passport (Child in mother's or father's
passport not accepted).
*2 Passport size photos with white background.
*Vaccination against Yellow fever, Meningitis and Hepatitis.
*Air ticket (Advising exact dates at the time of applying).
*Marriage or Birth certificate copy certified at Ministry of foreign affairs
(This is to prove Mehram details).
Package
Minimum package should include 5 Nights (You have to book in advance with us
before applying for the visa as it is required by the Saudi Embassy).
Package will include 5 Nights accommodation in both Mecca & Medina,
transport JEDDAH / MECCA / MEDINA / JEDDAH and visa service charges.
